Your conversation,
your choices.

This experience records and stores your AI conversation only after you agree. Retell provides the voice conversation; the conversation may be processed to prepare an AI reflection. Supabase stores session information and handles email verification, with email delivery through Resend. OpenRouter is used to generate the reflection.

What Thomas receives

Your submitted name, verified email, and note are used to respond to you. You choose separately whether Thomas can read your transcript, listen to audio, or receive a reflection you have reviewed. No response is queued until your email ownership is verified.

How long it is kept

Submitted audio is deleted from storage and Retell after 30 days. Abandoned or unverified conversation content is removed after 7 days. Verified written context is retained to support your coaching relationship.

Optional next steps

Cal.com handles scheduling under the terms shown on its booking page. A Hazel transfer requires separate consent and email verification. Only your selected written context is transferred; audio is never transferred. Hazel’s own privacy policy and account terms apply when you use Hazel.
